Senator Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                 
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 164 "An Act providing for a                                                                      
credit against the oil and gas production tax for costs incurred in                                                             
drilling certain oil and gas exploration wells in the Kotzebue basin or                                                         
the Selawik basin; and providing for an effective date." Without                                                                
objection, it was so ordered.
